Lance Phillps is the Lead Pastor at Bethel Community Church.

Lance and his amazing wife Deanna have been married since 2001. He is devoted to his family including his four kids, Darcy, Audry, Zoe and Lawson.

Travis Hamby is on the leadership team at Bethel and serves as the Sunday Services Director.

Travis and his wife Shana have been married for over 15 years. They have 3 sons, Jevan, Jonah and Jaron.

Ron David serves as an Associate Pastor/Worship Leader at Bethel.

As a campus missionary at Austin Peay State University, David Fischer is a campus pastor of U•Church meeting on Sunday nights. He also serves as Youth Pastor leading the weekly youth service on Wednesday evenings.

He has been married to his lovely wife Rachel since May of 2009 and is passionate about reaching the next generation.
